Build the system poker clubs run on.

A small team shipping tournament software for poker clubs in twenty locales, for directors who have no patience for software. Five roles are open.

Five seats at the table.

Every role sits close to a real event. You will attend one in your first month, whatever your title.

SalesFull-time

Sales Lead — LATAM

Build the pipeline from zero in a market where nobody knows the product. You own the full cycle from a cold intro at a club to a signed annual plan — and the playbook the next hire in your region follows.

  • Run discovery, demo and close for club owners and tournament directors — at their venue, not on a slide deck
  • Hit a quarterly new-logo target in a region where the brand has no presence and the CRM is empty
  • Hire and ramp 2-3 account executives within your first year; carry your own quota until they do
Remote — South America

Sales Lead — EMEA

Open the European market for a product that already runs live events in twenty locales. You own the full sales cycle — from first contact with a club owner to a signed plan — and build the regional playbook from scratch.

  • Run discovery, demo and close for club owners and tournament directors — at their venue, not on a slide deck
  • Hit a quarterly new-logo target in a region where the brand has no presence and the CRM is empty
  • Hire and ramp 2-3 account executives within your first year; carry your own quota until they do
Remote — Europe

GTM Lead

Take the product from a working first market to twenty locales across three continents. You define which market is next, how we enter it, and what the first ninety days look like — then you run those ninety days yourself before hiring someone to own them.

  • Build the market-entry playbook: positioning, pricing sensitivity, channel mix and local partnerships with poker rooms, leagues and federations
  • Own the public site, the blog and every claim on them — content is your pipeline, not a side project
  • Instrument the funnel end to end and report CAC, time-to-first-event and pipeline-to-close ratio weekly
Remote — CET or BRT overlap

Senior Product Manager

Own a product area end to end — seating, payouts, the clock, or the league engine — in a system that runs live events in twenty locales, both LTR and RTL. You write the spec, watch it used at a real tournament, and cut what does not ship.

  • Ship features that directors use under pressure at eleven at night — not at a desk, not asynchronously, and not with a retry button
  • Define success metrics for your area — adoption rate, time-to-value, support ticket reduction — and own them through the next three releases
  • Navigate multi-locale constraints: a feature is not done until it works in Hebrew RTL, Brazilian Portuguese, and every format in between

Customer SuccessFull-time

Customer Success Lead

Onboard clubs, run their first live event beside them, and carry what breaks back to the product team. You own a book of 30-60 accounts from go-live through renewal. Poker happens in the evening, and so does this job — especially during a new club's first month.

  • Set up a club from an empty account to a running tournament in under an hour, on-site or over video, in the club's own language
  • Monitor account health with usage data and intervene before churn signals escalate — not after the cancellation email
  • Build the onboarding and success playbook that the next three hires in your region will follow
